Sebeka, which won the outright Park Region Conference crown with a 6-0 mark, was led by Jessica Lillquist. The senior middle hitter was voted the Park Region Conference Most Valuable Player.

Jackie Imsande posted a team-high five kills along with three blocks during her return to the court, but it wasn’t enough for New York Mills during Thursday’s 25-17, 25-19 and 25-10 Park Region Conference loss to Bertha-Hewitt.

Bertha-Hewitt swept Verndale in three games by scores of 25-16, 25-21 and 25-20 during Park Region Conference action Thursday night.

Kaitlyn Richter collected two digs, six blocks, three kills and six set assists for the Lady Pirates in the loss. Teresa Moenkedick had a team high 13 digs while Kayla Graba had a team leading four kills to go with her eight digs.
