Prep Volleyball: 2010 Park Region All-Conference Team

Lindsay White was the lone Menahga representative selected to the 2010 Park Region All-Conference Team. The senior notched a team-high 61 kills, eight service aces and 16 blocks. She also contributed 172 digs and 25 assists for the Lady Braves (10-13), who lost to Verndale in the first round of the Section 5A volleyball playoffs.
Park Region Conference champion Bertha-Hewitt (24-6) led the way with four players listed on the all-conference team. Senior Morgan Kapphahn of the Lady Bears was named the Park Region Conference Most Valuable Player. Seniors Brittany Kimber and Christine Moenkedick along with sophomore Arei Stokes also joined Kapphahn on the squad.
Both Sebeka (20-8) and Henning (15-9) landed three players on the team. Juniors Jessica Lillquist and Alicia Boe, and sophomore Brett Brockpahler represented the Lady Trojans while junior Gretchen Freed, and sophomores Casey Haugdahl and Rosie Johnson were honored for the Hornets.
Megan Cole of New York Mills (0-24) and Ashley Richter of Verndale (9-17) also made the 16-member team.
