All five Sebeka starters scored in double figures as the Trojans won their 14th straight game with the 80-47 non-conference victory over Pine River-Backus on Monday.
 
Joey Cuperus led all scorers with 18 points with John Clark, Cody Pulju and Alex Brockpahler each tallying 12 apiece with Ryan Sharp dropping 10.
 
"We didn't get off to a very good start but we finished the half strong and took care of business to start the second half.” Sebeka coach Jon Lillquist said.

Betsy Olson dropped 16 points and Jessica Lillquist added a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds as Sebeka held off Pine River-Backus 59-55 in a close non-conference game on Monday.
 
The victory improves the Lady Trojans record to 16-2 heading in Friday nights key conference showdown with New York Mills.
 
Sebeka held a four-point halftime advantage, 31-27, and that lead stood as both teams scored 28 points in the second half.

Jessica Lillquist collected 17 points and 12 rebounds for a double-double and Bridget Martini drained a team-high 19 points to help Sebeka post a 71-31 Park Region Conference win over Pillager Thursday.
 
“We were finally firing on all cylinders after a couple rough games.” Sebeka coach Mike Heino said.

Third-ranked Sebeka used a 51-12 run in the first half to dispatch the host Pillager Huskies in the 98-36 Park Region Conference victory on Friday.
 
Sebeka had a 10-2 run at the start but the Huskies battled back to within four-points, 15-11, before the Trojans defense came alive to muzzle Pillager the rest of the game.
 
"Our defense really created the offense in this game,” Sebeka coach Jon Lillquist said.

All five Sebeka starters padded the scorebook with double-digit scoring en route to handing the host Swanville Bulldogs a 77-55 non-conference loss on Tuesday.
 
The third-ranked Trojans were led by Ryan Sharp with a team-high 20 points while John Clark posted a double-double with 11 points and 16 rebounds.
 
“Ryan had an outstanding all around game.” Sebeka coach Jon Lillquist said.

Cody Pulju drained a game-high 17 points as the Sebeka Trojans handed Verndale an 81-32 Park Region Conference defeat on Tuesday.
 
The Trojans raced to a 46-14 halftime lead, which allowed Sebeka head coach Jon Lillquist to give his bench players significant playing time.
 
"We had some guys off the bench who played real well.” Lillquist said.
